I bought 2 other models (Sabrent and an unnamed one) and the microphone is not working in Windows 10 on my 2 computers.

Did you check if your drivers need updating?
If the other 2 brands aren’t working as well then the issue is coming from the settings of your windows 10.
In that case, you would need to check the input options under the sound settings.

Sure yes. My DELL computer is always updated on all drivers and Windows too. My laptop is a Dynabook (Thoshiba) and have the same behavior. The sound work fine but the mic does not.
My camera have microphone and work well using “USBAUSIO.SYS”.
Maybe because need old drivers, new Windows driver seem to be using “USBAUDIO2.sys” WaveRT audio port class miniport.
Many peoples have problem with mic on Windows with sound card and sometimes must reinstall old drivers after Windows update.
