I am looking for a USB ADC with a sample rate of at least 200ksps. I was expecting to build something and use a USB to SPI module to comment to by processor. Looking at the spec of USB-ISS I see that it has an integrated ADC but the data sheet does not identify the chip or state the sample rate. Can anybody help?

We contacted the manufacturer to see what is the maximum sample of the USB-ISS. We will get back to you as soon as we get a response.
Normally, we would recommend also considering a Phidgets I/O device as an alternative, however the Phidgets can only sample up to 1000 samples per second, which doesn’t meet your needs.

We got a response from the manufacturer that confirms that the USB-ISS cannot read that quickly. They say that the limiting factor would be the PC and USB port, and expect it to take between 1-10ms to do one sample. Therefore the maximum sample rate would be between 100-1000 samples per second.
