Hi, i want to connect Usb Host Shield with BotBoarding, but there is a problem, Usb Host Shiels settle on BotBoarding and light constant red led on Usb Host Shield, On it not effect power on-off,when It is off, again constant light and it does not power on the USB port. I wonder, Do I need tune on BotBoarding of jumpers? and How is it set? I have not changed any of the, I try to do Arduino Uno r3 and there is not this problem, run good in it. 
Can you please provide more info on which USB host shield you are using. Also, please make sure the arduino is powered properly and that there is power on the 5V and Vin pins

This is arduino shield. Aurduino Uno r3 run, but botboarduino didn’t run…
voltage is taking over on computer’s usb, Usb on Shield ends of the problem that the voltage does not

I am guessing that some of the additional hardware on the Botboarduino is interfering with this shield. In particular some of the IO pins.
What I would try is to remove the jumpers that enable these features.
In Particular if you look at the Botboarduino manual: lynxmotion.com/images/html/build185.htm
In that first diagram I would disable the buttons/LEDS and speaker, by removing the jumpers in the areas Marked 4 and 5

if removeded jumper mark 4 and 5, usb host shield would not run any. Mark 5 need to for usb host shield run, The problem elsewhere.I dont know mark 9,12,2. The problem may be at this jumpers.
Jumpers at 4 and 5 do affect the Arduino pins and you might need to disable them for the shield to work. All the other pins relate to power. Simply make sure that the Botboarduino has enough power and that is it being properly fed to the circuit by using the 13 and 17 jumpers.
Thankyou Carlitos and kurter, The problem solved As you said that, I make to disable 4 and 5 jumper. I had given enerjy from on computer’s usb so it didn’t run, because its power were insufficient. Than i gave on charger.
Sometimes when i press on usb shield, it runned. İf i don’t press on shield, mouse’s light off both BotBoarudin and Arduino Uno r3.
