Below are two inexpensive USB to serial adapters that should be able to USB enable an ssc-32. The adapters have the 5v/ground to power the ssc-32 from the pc and the tx/rx could be connected to the ssc-32 TTL tx/rx pins. Bottom is an inexpensive USB to serial adapter that also be useful.
