Can anyone here help? I have been supplied with a new J1s printer by Roboshop, it has unusual stickers on it, one of which appears to be placed over a vent on the left print head, which is not getting up to temperature without the paper sticker on it!! The right print head has a sticker but it is not placed over the head vent, just on the body.
The small stickers placed on left & right print heads have a (*) marked on them & also a number (156);
I contacted Snapmaker & they have informed me these stickers were not placed on the machine by them. So what are they? Why are they there ? And what are they doing ? TIA

We will check with our purchasing department where do these labels come from.
Some delay in reply can be expected since it is a national holiday in Canada today.
