Unsure of how to setup my AL5D PLTW arm

I am incredibly confused on how to set up the arm. Firstly, I am unable to connect with the FlowArm PLTW Software, yet I am able to connect with the server sequencer utility. My arm is running off of standard components, and has the ssc-32u board.

When in the FlowArm PLTW software, you also need to change the baud rate to 9600. In this case, this is done by activating the Bluetooth icon next to the COM port drop-down list (it should be blue).

First, set the port to OFF. Then, activate the Bluetooth icon. Finally, set the port to the known COM port. The software should connect properly now.
