The BlueROV Remote Operated Underwater Vehicle Kit includes everything except the electronics and tether. The ESCs are meant to connect to a standard servo controller. Unfortunately we do not have a specific computer setup to link to, and like you said, there are many different options and ways to complete the rover. Can you tell us more about your application and what it is you would like to do?
