I am currently trying to connect to my Litter Robot App and am unable to.
I turned on airplane mode as suggested by someone on this forum and also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I’ve also unplugged and replugged in for 15 seconds to my LR3 and am still unable to connect.
I followed the instructions to where it says connect to your Litter Robot wifi with the ‘neverscoop’ password.
My problem is after that when connecting to my wifi. I use the same password for my other cat apps which is 10 letters and 2 numbers, so 12 characters in total.
When trying to connect, it would tell me Invalid Wi-Fi Credentials - Verify Network name (SSID) and Password, and try again.
I’ve tried multiple times and this part has been frustrating me. Any help would be appreciated.
Also few things to confirm and try:
1.Are you using ISP provided equipment? Confirm that firewall software is not set to “high”?
2.Do you have router firewall software? Try onboarding with firewall and security settings turned to low or off.
3. Make sure the router is not using IPv6 or attempting to setup an IPv6 local network to new devices.
4. Are you using any type of internet advertising blocking service or hardware such as a PiHole. If yes, disable and try onboarding.
