Hello. Im looking for hardware for ultrasonic mosquito locater with high resolution (its about 0.5-2 mm) up to 3 meter range.
Idea of the device is targeting of laser beam to burn mosquito.
Can u advice some sonars?

Pretty much this idea. In fact - here’s an interesting videoexplaining how to do it. Look up “mosquito laser zapper” in YouTube and you’ll see a bunch of videos. Note that almost all of these are done by one lab under controlled conditions (i.e. the mosquito didn’t have a chance). The difficulty will be tracking the mosquito fast enough.
