1st) i would like to ask is there any different between srf005 and dyp me007 ultrasonic sensor?
2nd) would dyp me007 connect to picaxe same way as srf005?

The datasheet for the dyp me007
says that it uses less current than the srf005, but, it requires separate trigger and echo pins. The datasheet should really tell you just about everything you would need to make either of the two sensors work with whatever microcontroller you decide to use.
