i lost the paper cover that the disk came in. i put the disk in a jewel case, just because i didnt think the paper cover would protect it. and now, i switched computers and reinstalled windows on the old one. now i dont have my serial. what should i do? i dont want to have to buy rios again.
perhaps if you still have your invoice they might know which serial number shipped with which invoice number. it is probably worth asking.

Hello Berserkerman721. It’s no problem to get your serial number. We jusat need to know “just exactly who you are” 
We track the serial numbers carefully. Send Beth an email with your real name and we can look it up. If you bought through a distributor, or someone from a school or company bought it for you we will need to know who they are. So relax… it’s no problem. 
nevermind, i found a really old computer i used before i got a serail converter. but, it’s good to know that you can give me one too.
