Unfortunately RobotShop, and by extension this community focuses mostly on educational, hobbyist and professional products rather than industrial. “Types of chips” seems really general when it comes to robotics. You may want to add a LOT of explanation behind your question. If you’re developing an industrial robot but are not sure which chips to use, you’ll need to start with selecting the right technology.
