I have a 500kg (1100 lb) load cell with a sensitivity of 2mv/V, that I want to use to sense a load of about 200# max. I believe that means that with a 200 lb load the 3.3v supply voltage will produce 200/1100 = 1.8V into the amplifier section. If I want to use the full range of the ADC, I would want the amplifier gain to be 5/1.8 = 2.8. Based on the post referenced above, would the 1000Hz filter saturate the amplifier, and if so, what should I do to get the most resolution from the adc?
