just configured turtlebot4 standard (i.e. with bluetooth controller) (bought last December at robot shop, but just opened), following instructions. raspberry pi on the wifi network, create3 too. Bluetooth controller, configured, is talking to the robot since I can see using arrows that it scrolls the menu on the mini-led, and I can execute the menu items. But, when trying to move the turtlebot4, pressing left up button and the joystick, as instructed by the video, it does not move. Tried docked or undocked. I guess just missing something. Any help? thanks in advance
