Turning around the wrong way

Ordered the Litter Robot 3 last year. Very nice device. The device is neatly maintained.
But now we have a problem. When rinsing, the ball spins around, after emptying it should spin back, but then it spins through, the wrong way.
Also the buttons cycles, empty and reset no longer work. In other words, the appliance currently does nothing.
What should we do?
I would like to hear from you.

Does the robot get stuck after that with a fast blinking yellow light?

Is the blue light blinking or is it a solid blue light even when the cat enters the globe?

The light is sometimes solid blue, sometimes blinking.
Sometimes he turns around one time, but normally he doesn’t do anything.
