Tsunami Wav Trigger, LED won't power on

Hello , I am having trouble getting a new tsunami wav trigger to show indication of powering on. I am hooking it up to a power supply but the LED is showing no indication at all. When I plug an older tsunami into the same power supply its LED blinks and it plays.
This trigger is brand new and soldered up just like the other.

Any steps I’m missing???

Please provide more details in your reply, including:

]One or more pictures of your setup, showing clearly all components (Tsunami, connections, power sources, cables, etc.)/:m]
]Any details on troubleshooting you already did other than plugging it in (assuming USB port?)/:m]

I figured it out. Only by downloading new the correct .hex file from the Robison I’ve site, putting it on the right kind of sd card and inserting it into the wag trigger, holding the user button and pressing the reset button did the led finally show signs of life ! Then it was trailing different files from the robisonics site. It was just very deceiving how the led didn’t blink at all until I did this specific process.
