I’m trying to fix my friend robocco, that was broken due to mishandling by DHL, I need to replace his left arm servo, that is skipping like crazy. Can someone help identify what kind of servo I need to purchase?

Isn’t there any marking/label on the front side of its body? I can see the 12-pin white pinion gear. But I don’t know exactly which servo motor/motors support this gear.
There are a couple labels but they seem unrelated. I took apart another servo that had a less critical function (may skip no problem) and switched the gear that was the culprit of the problem. But I don’t have idea where to find a replacement gear the same
