Trouble connecting ABB with the ATOM PRO IDE

I have an ABB with the ATOM PRO 28 and I a using the ATOM PRO 28 to program the mcu.
This worked fine…until today
The IDE is not able to find the board on the serial port. I have been playing around with the GP2D12 and have a small program loaded on the board that reads the voltage and converts it in distance.

I’ve tried a different computer and still have the same issue.

After I reboot my PC and set everything up it will connect once and then it won’t.

The cable works perfectly and my serail port setting haven’t changed, since last time it worked.

Have you had this problem before. Is this a known issue with the ABB? If yes, is there a workaround?

Thanks,

Amir.

I found the problem  Had to replace the battery. (I am using a 9v battery for now)

I had the same problem with my Stamp II board. The LED would turn on, but it could not find the stamp. I knew everything worked fine the day before, so I replaced the battery to rule out power issues and walla! it worked fine. The LED will light under 5v (2.3v) but the stamp/atom reqires a steady 5v.
