No this is not normal. Can you provide images or a video. Did you use any glue when assembling? Please provide more information. I’m not sure what would cause this.
Correction: It is normal for the tracks to be stiff after being constructed. They will loosen up after being used for a while.
However, it’s not normal for the tracks to be really, really hard to move. If that is the case, then we’re going to need more information.

It’s not really really hard to move (I didn’t use glue) but it’s not free…
I try to make a video…
Just build it up, then run the thing around the floor for a couple minutes. The tracks should be very loose and easy to move after that.
