Hi everyone my name is Ferdi Caner and I have been trying to design a tri-star wheel for my bomb disposal robot which needs to climb a 25 cm obstacle. For that reason, I thought that it would be nice designing that obstacle with tri-star wheel. But I have some problems with calculations. I cannot decide the radius of wheels and the radius of tri-star. Can you help me where to start to do these calculations ? How can I make a good tri-star wheel design for climbing that obstacle ?
