I need help with product selection.
APPLICATION: I want a remote-controlled, tracked robot to maneuver my trailer. It must have peak horsepower 1.6 hp in order to climb 15% grade maximum. (Trailer max weight is 3,600 lbs). It must sustain vertical load of 360 lbs, max. Top speed can be as low as 0.5 ft/sec at max grade/load or .75 ft/sec on level ground.
Placement of the tracked robot will be under the leading edge of the trailer (at back of the ‘A’ neck) for optimal traction and directional control balance.
The tracked 'bot need not have suspension.
It should be very ‘plug and play’ requiring MINIMAL or ZERO programming knowledge. Corded operation is acceptable, as is wireless. Preferred power source is a 30 ampere-hour, 12VDC lithium battery., although I can supply 110VAC also.
Is there any combination of plug-and-play products available that you can recommend, and how it would meet the requirements?
