Track wheelchair motors lacking power at take off and hills

I have a wheelchair that with the wheelchair controller which is 24 volts the motors don’t really seem to have a lot of pickup at the beginning and the going up hills I have a set of Kelly controllers which are up to 48 volts however that’s too strong for the motors I have but if I wanted to run a momentary 36 volt to those Motors is there a way I can prevent the back feeding of the 36 to go back to the controller if I directly to the motors and or does anybody have any better options with what I’m doing I’m new to this I got put in a wheelchair for years ago. Im using qlodgic 3 motor controller and joystick.

Hi @Kpowell816 and welcome to our forum.

It seems that none of our members have experience with these Kelly controllers since no one replied here.

Have you tried contacting manufacturer directly for support?

If you want to change this controller, maybe you can consider some from RoboteQ:

What about higher torque motors. There are right angle wheelchair Motors on it now. Would you have any suggestions or recommendations
