Hi Support

I have TOSR182 8-Channel Smartphone WiFi Relay …Product: RB-Tys-06. It was successful to switch on/off on iPhone app
TOSR by through WIFI… configuration 192.168.1.1 . I wonder if my IP address WAN with port number can link to TOSR182 8-Channel Smartphone by through cell data like LTE or 3G or 4G when I control the switch relay. How can be working?

I’m assuming that you’ll have to open up your router (specific port) to allow forwarding outside traffic to the relays static IP address.
