I have a few questions about the MN3508 KV700 motor.
How many motors are there in stock? Is there any kind of warranty in case of malfunction? How much time do the motors take to be shipped out? And, finally, do they come with a user’s manual?

Welcome to the forum.
There is currently only 1 motor in stock.
The warranty offered by the manufacturer is 2 years. (not covering abnormal use)
The motor is ship and should be received within 5 business days.
They don’t come with a user manual, you basically just have to plug them into the ESC.
