Do you supply the servo to control the TL200 TRUSTER. If not can you recommend one. . I’m trying to use the Truster on a kayak and just need to control the RPM

Not sure we understand your need, are you looking to change the Speed (RPM) only ?
The thing that confuse us is the “servo” request which is not related to the speed.
If you need to control the speed, you can buy the T200 Thruster w/ Basic ESC which include the ESC (electronic speed controller).
To change the speed you need an R/C controller or maybe a RC Servo / ESC Tester since your application do no require wireless control.
