Tilt Pan movement robust robot

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

I am in search for a robot that can tilt and pan move with an accuracy of minimum 0.5 degrees.
The robot must be robust with at least 40 cm in height, and can be controllable via Sw program.
My budget is around 1 500 euro.

Is there something that exists and you suggest?

I forgot to mention that the height can be lower if there exists a possibility to mount it on a tripod or something similar.

Can you please give more details about what you need from this robot exactly ?

For example, do you want a wheeled or tracked robot ?

How much weight will it have to carry around ?

How fast do you need it to go ?

Any other informations about what you need this robot to do will help.

thank you for the answer.
-Ideally should be a fixed arm, or something similar.

  • The wight will not be more than 3 kg.
  • The speed of rotation, it is not extremely important, but the accuracy is.
  • Basically what I need is to be able to rotate on X an Y, via a SW tool, so I can take different measures at different angles.
