My Circle Zero is now constantly sensing that the tray is full. I’ve cleared the sensor blockage and reset the machine multiple times, but still get this error. I’ve opened the motherboard cover and see that the red LED is lit well, and the green LED is very dim. All other functions still operate as usual.

If 3 LEDs continue to be lit, it can be caused by 2 possibilities:

If the toilet bowl is empty but 3 LED lights up because the sensor continues to recognize an object, this is due to the toilet bowl not being correctly assembled.
-
The toilet bowl is covered by a bag and it triggers the sensor. Make sure to properly install the bag to not trigger the sensor and make sure the sensor is not dirty.

I did those steps prior to coming her. I left it running for a while and the problem fixed itself. I’ve no clue what changed. Thanks, tough!
