I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.
A few years ago I purchased privately Theatre Route Indicator for my large 00 Model Railway which was based on a hand made 5x5 led dot matrix display driven by a control board with Picaxe 2040 (I think) If.
It is capable of displaying the full range alphanumeric characters to display routes selected including platforms and letters. It is now faulty and displays a few overbright pixels on the top and bottom rows. I think I need a new Picaxe chip. Are they supplied ready programmed or can somebody do it for me? I can show photographs if required.
