I competed in the Bay Area Sceince and Engineering Fair today with views from 11 judges or so. I figure I am up for 7 special awards and a silver merrit which will take me to Nova Scotia for the Canada Wide Science Fair. The results will be known during the presentation of awards at McMaster University. Wish me luck, and thanks for all the support!
Good luck, Joe! Hope you do well!
Excellent work! Congratulations!
Much good luck to you!

Good luck!
It’s really great that your hobby and passion is translating into success in life. Kudos.
It’s my custom Logo that made the judges jaw drop…
JK!
The Logo works great with the judges
thanks for the support. Tomorrow is public viewing and a chance for media (newspaper and TV crews) to interview people with interesting projects. I am hoping to get some attention from them as this is the only robot in the fair this year and seems to be one of the best engineering projects from what I have seen myself.
I had 11 judges yesterday marking me on my project (4 standard merit judges and 7 special award judges). Im hoping to make more than 800 dollars in special awards and win a silver or high, which will get me as far as Truro Nova Scotia in Canada or New Mexico in the USA (for Canada wide Science Fair and Intel Internation Science Fair). I am also competing in the VirtualSciencefair.com
Once Again, I couldnt have done it without the LM support and all you robot evil geniouses here on the LM forum.\
Thanks.
good luck!
I am pleased to announce that the Spy 2 placed a 2nd silver out of 30 silvers in Basef, making it top 5% in Ontario and top 400 in Canada. It won many special awards totalling $405.00 CAD, as well as the grand trip to compete in Truro Nova Scotia as part of Team Basef. Much has to be done to my project to ready it for international competition, in May.
I appreciate all the Support and will be very busy for the next two months so I may not be online as much as I ussually am.
Thanks a lot!
sweet! gj man, gj in the next thinger
