## The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error"

Hello,

I’m not able to save a draft article ( tutorials, blog ) on the community.

I received the following message :

Oops! An Error Occurred

The server returned a “500 Internal Server Error”.

Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Already tried to resolve cancelling Chrome’s cache + cookies, without success.
Any suggestion how to resolve ?

May Iask you to try again?
I tried to replicate the same error but couldn’t.
Since your trial was an hour ago, trying again could help us determine if the error is still valid.

Tried again , now.
Same error message.
I’ve uploaded an image, then tried to save a draft, and " The server returned a “500 Internal Server Error”."

I’ve tried again without success.
Just arrived at the step 4 “4. Describe your project or add steps”, filled-in a few words , tried to save a draft , then receiving the following message :

The server returned a “500 Internal Server Error”.

Really sorry about any delay with my replies.

We were working on a major system update.
We are working on resolving this issue. It seems that you are not the only user affected by this.
