The Litter-Robot III Air Connected

RB-Ltr-120 Litter-Robot III Open Air Connected Automatic Self-Cleaning Litter Box (Bisque)

Every time when I look at the app for the litter-robot III, it says its powered down and offline. I have to open the app, go to Remote and then turn off the night light and then turn it on again, then the power seems to come online again.

I also get several time during the day, Cat Sensor Fault.

What can I do? I have only had it 1 week so far. ;-(

Litter-Robot would suggest that you delete the APP and then reinstall.

Yes, it did help a bit, it has only got off line now 1 time this week, before it was every day
