The dashboard programming of Hedgehog mode of the Indoor Navigation Positioning System Starter Set w/Case (433MHz)

I am trying to localize one of the beacons as a mobile beacon so I changed its mode to hedgehog on the dashboard but the software does not respond, it does not take a reading from it as a hedgehog and does not respond to its movement in reality, I followed the operating manual of MarvelMind on their website and still it does not work as it should be,
Also one of the beacons does not respond at all, I am trying to wake it up on the software but it keeps trying to read a signal from it but it fails.

I hope one of your technical support team can help me and stay with me throughout the project in case I get stuck anywhere just like now.
