We recently bought and assembled the AL5D arm. When controlling it using SSC-32 Servo Sequencer, sometimes it falls and turns off for a couple of seconds and again starts to work specially when extended. There is also some noise form the motors is some arm configurations. Here is a video of the arm:

This seems to be an issue with the power supply. Please send an e-mail to [email protected] and confirm the power supply you have is 6V, 3A (included with the ar) and provide a link to this topic and your order or invoice number. We will exchange it fee of charge for a more powerful one.
