Terminator Sumo Kit - configuration

Hi, I have couple of questions on the Terminator Sumo Kit.

  1. Could you recommend me which components I need for PS2 remote and speed control for Terminator? You have offered robotshop.com/lynxmotion-terminator-sumo-robot-kit-2.html with 4 slow motors and mounting kit for 175,- which is interesting price compared with the original Linxmotion website, where it is for the same price without motors.

  2. What is delivery time to UK? This kit is not available in your stock in France.

The two kits are the same:

There are no electronics included (microcontroller, motor controller, remote control etc). The kit includes the chassis, four motors, four hubs, four wheels and mounting hardware.

For PS2 control (which is much more complex than a normal R/C control), you would need the PS2 V2, a microcontroller such as the BotBoarduino, a motor controller such as the Sabertooth, a battery pack and charger. You would need to program the microcontroller to accept the PS2 signals. Using a normal R/C remote would save you a lot of time.
