Sir,
I want to inquire about working of your product RB-Fir-14 when used with RB-Fir-121.
I want to know if we can set the actuator to work with a frequency of about 40 repetitions per minute and can we control the frequency.
Also what is the top speed that we can achieve in this setup.
Also what will be the lag/time delay when the actuator changes its direction of motion.
Waiting for reply as soon as possible.
Thank you.
RB-Fir-14 (PLC/RC) is really not meant to be used with the LAC, which is for -P actuators only.
The no load speed is 12mm/s and the travel is 100mm, so it would take 8.3 seconds to fully extend or retract, and 16.6 seconds to complete one cycle, therefore 40 cycles per minute is not possible.
3.6 complete cycles per second with that particular actuator. The L12 also comes in a lower gear ratio which can provide around twice this number.
The delay is a few milliseconds.
