Hello ! I have a Neato XV Signature Pro Robot Vacuum Cleaner (RB-Nte-09) which does not function anymore. When I press START button, the screen light turns on but I cannot see any info on the screen (just light) and the vacuum does not start. It makes this blinking noise from time to time, but it practically does nothing.
Could you please help me with this?

Usually, first thing that I would check are the batteries. When is the last time you replaced batteries on your Neato XV?
Thank you Igor for the suggestion. I have never replaced the batteries. I will buy a new set and try to replace them. I hope this sorts out the issue.

Yes, let’s hope it solves the problem!
After replacing the battery, also check the brush. If there is hair or any other waste tangled with the brush, it can prevent the vacuum cleaner from performing appropriately.

I finally changed the batteries and now the robot works. However the led screen is not showing anything. It has light but no letters are showing on it. Any clues about that?

Could be that only the screen is dead. Not sure if replacement can be bought.
