Tapped vs non tapped horns?

sorry, id post this in a servo forum if there was one, but i guess ill just posted here. whats the difference in tapped horns vs non tapped horns?

Tapped horns have pre drilled holes in them, non-tapped do not I believe. Correct me if Im wrong someone?? :open_mouth:

thats exactly what i believed, but geez they coulda just said drilled and non drilled lol

nope, we speak robotics here at LM.net

well, excuse the hell out of me, i guess im the big noob here lol. ill speak robotics from now

ok (this thread seems pointless now  )

no thats not it, non-tapped have just a hole in them and tapped horns have a screw thread in each hole. Tapped holes are easier to use because you just put in your screw, you don’t need a nut.
