I plan on using the t200 thruster on my float tube, I will use the esc provided and get the thruster command center. However, I either need to create a separate wired controller because I imagine my set up will be out of comfortable reach. Or perferablly a wireless remote. Ideally one I can controll speed from max to off and forward and reverse. Any advice on plans or componets would be helpful.

If you are using the Thruster Commander Motor Controller RB-Blu-136], it has all you need for control of 2 channels (2 ESC/motor pairs) using the provided potentiometers.
Since the ESC use RC-type control signals, you can simply connect to the ESC a 2-channel (or more) receiver for any RC transmitter/receiver pair.
If you look at the product’s third image, you’ll see a basic connection diagram. Your main difference is that instead of connecting the ESC input to the command center outputs (the white & black wire pair), you would connect those two to the RC receiver instead.
You’d also need to connect your RC receiver to an appropriate voltage source (typically 4.8-6.0 V DC, depends on the receiver).
Here are example products that would work for connecting/sending signals to the ESC remotely.
