I am now hooked… on robotshop…please help… which. Wires are the power ones…positive, and negative… to operate my T200thruster? And what is the ESC …is this a separate controller? thank you.

We assume that you are referring to the RB-Blue-27. You can find more details about this product in its documentation, available on the product page under Useful Links.
As you can read in the documentation, an ESC (Electronic Speed Control) is required to control the T200. The manufacturer does offer an external ESC, the RB-Blu-125.
