SyRen10 A Motor Driver

Hello, i just testing out the SyRen for my project. Its great and has all (and more ) what i need. But now i discovered a problem…
I have to disconnect the input for s1 even if the battery is still connected. But then the motor will start to run… but i need the motor to be stopped if i disconnect the signal…
i use the SyRen in analog One-direction with forward/reverse select on S2 with lithium battery.

Is there any setting or workaround for this problem?

Thangs a lot for every hint
Ralf

Hi r23d,

First, can you explain why you need to disconnect the signal from the motor controller ?
Because in Analog mode it’s normal for it to start turning when disconnected.

Give us more details and we will try to find the best solution for your project.

All the best,

Hi DiaLFonZO,

yes, my machine is a electric trolley to carry up my paraglider to a hill. This machine has to be very compact because i have to fly it down.
So the handle with the controller is mounted on a telescope and to pack it i have to pull the telescope out to store the machine in my gliders harness.
My old motor controller stops automatically if i pull out the control and that makes it simple and fast to pack the machine.

Now i will connect a relays to the SyRen which connects the battery to the controller only if the telescope is pouched in to the machine.
But perhaps there is a easier method to do this?..

Thanks a lot
Ralf
