I am looking for a Security Robot car that is able of doing Automated Patrols and can detect the presence of unwanted people in a compound which can then trigger and alarm with flashing lights and an Alert

Various robots (made by different manufacturer’s) use various systems (hardware and software).

Our product for example (https://www.robotshop.com/en/lynxmotion-a4wd1-autonomous-rover-kit-botboarduino.html) uses BotBoarduino, which is programmed same as Arduino which is basically C++.
