I would like to ask for a help for my project sumobot. I’m having a hard time figuring out the best motor to buy in the market with a bugget of 40$. I’m planning to have a 2 motors (2wheels). The weight would be 1.5kg and the dimension will be 20cm by 15cm LxW. Please help me as I’m starting to learn this stuff.

I suggest you try the Drive Motor Sizing Tool which is intended to give an idea of the type of drive motor required for your specific robot by taking known values and calculating values required when searching for a motor.
Also, when you have those values figured it out you can look at the DC Motor Comparison List.
