Hello, I would like to know how much strngth is this sensor able to support.

Thank you for contacting us. The stretch sensor isn’t really used to measure force, but more to measure how much an object moves.

The manufacturer recommends not stretching the sensor more than 40-50% longer than it’s original length (so up to 3" for the 2" model), to avoid damage.

It’s also possible to use the stretch sensor as a force sensor, if you combine it with a spring and measure the displacement of the spring itself.
