I have gotten a strain gauge working with the HX711 Amplifier and an Arduino. Below is the wiring:
The problem is that I may need a higher sampling frequency than the 80 Hz that the HX711 can provide. The 8 pin LTC2051 looks suitable but I do not know what the pins mean and there is no description in the data sheet (https://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/data-sheets/20512fd.pdf) of what they do. Can anyone let me know how to hook it up? I basically need everything else to stay the same but just need to replace the HX711 with the LTC2051.
