i bought a stepper motor from this site
with parameters :
rated voltage : 12v
rated current : 0.4 amp
resistance : 30 ohm
inductance : 32 mH
Holding torque : 2100 g-cm
rotor inertia : 20 g-cm2
Detent torque : 120 g-cm
i wish to find the other parameters like motor constant or motor torque constant (KM Nm/amp)
and the viscous friction constant (B)

Without any model number it’s really hard to know which motor your talking about.
Not all manufacturer have those number as they require lot of testing for low cost motors.
Give us more details and we will see if we can get the data.

but they are not full parameters of the motor , i need the other parameters like
motor torque constant (KM Nm/amp)
and the viscous friction constant (B)
is there any equations to calculate them from the given datasheet ?

Sorry but there is no equation that can give you those numbers.
They have to be calculated with equipments and the motor.
