Stepper Controller based on ST Microelectronics L6470 or L6472

Are any of the stepper motor driver boards offered for sale at RobotShop based on the ST Micro L6470 or L6472?

Unfortunately, no. The only stepper motor drivers we had based on STMicro’s L647x:

  • RB-Ghi-132 (.NET Gadgeteer L6470 Stepper Motor Controller)
  • RB-Spa-696 (L6470 Stepper Moter Driver)
  • RB-Spa-1389 (SparkFun AutoDriver - Stepper Motor Driver (v13))
  • RB-Spa-844 (AutoDriver L6470 Stepper Driver)

Have been deactivated either because the manufacturer discontinued it or for low sales. However, if you are still looking for a different stepper driver this comparison list might be helpful:
