Ssc32u vs1 terminal not working but the lv terminal is working

the ssc32u green terminals vs1 not working but VL is working I can not find the answer to my problem
I get no power to VS1 terminal but VL gets power

There are multiple ways to connect power to the Lynxmotion SSC-32U.
Mind you share some great quality pictures of your wiring as well as explain how it’s connected ?
