Dear all,
Unfortunately, i changed my computer and it cames with Windows 8.
I just need work with the SSC32 Sequencer, and the system told me that is just impossible.
I change the status to install it as administrator, with the Windows XP compatibility but it doesn’t works.
Did you have this kind of issues for those of you who are working with Windows 8 ?

We did tests with Windows 8 and couldn’t reproduce your problem. Do you have an error message or screen shot you can share with us?
Are you encountering this problem when installing the main program, or when installing updates?

The installation of the software doesn’t show problems.
But once i clicked on the main program, i saw this message joined with this post.
What does it mean ?

Ohhhh…i forgot an important point.
During the installation process, the system didn’t ask me the serial number for registering the soft !

When we see this problem, it is usually because the Sequencer can’t find any serial ports on your computer. New computers don’t typically have physical serial ports anymore. Do you have a USB-to-serial adapter/cable? If so, you need to plug it in and ensure the drivers are properly working before starting the software.

As for the serial number, it will ask you for it on first-run but only once you get past this current error message.
