SSC32 & Parallax board of education

Hi,
Can anybody help me how to make a connection between ssc-32 and parallax Board of education (BS2)

Hello alireza,

Connecting the SSC-32 to the BS2 is the same as to the Mini-ABB. Connect the GND from the TTL serial port to the GND on the BS2 and the RX (I believe it is) to an empty pin on the BS2.

Then, just SEROUT to the pin you used.

I would go with the bot board.

  1. It’s smaller
  2. It can use any of the Atom or stamp modules
  3. It will bolt right up to any of the Lynxmotion bot kits
  4. It’s just better :laughing:

ya, that education board looks pretty old. how long has it been since they’ve stopped putting an on/off switch on microboards??? lol :smiley:
