when im try to update firmware, i was get the message " please power cycle the board and try again “”

I’d have to refer to the manual, but it sounds like you don’t have the proper baud rate set to do the download.

The SSC-32U is still very new - you should not need to update firmware.

That’s true. Don’t want to write the code for the previous model (non-USB) to the new model.

Success! Thanks! I was using a 5V power supply since I knew the servos used that. 6V did the trick.
